Shipping costs are calculated–at checkout–taking into consideration volume and destination.
Within the US we will offer free shipping for orders above $200, except furniture category (tables, sofas, mirrors, cabinets and kilims) and collaborations, which we sell EX-WORKS.
For orders below the $200 threshold we charge $15 for shipping costs.Price of delivery will be arranged order by order. Please contact us to get a quote.

Customers are responsible for any import duty and local tax.
We do not deliver to any PO BOX addresses.
Taxes within all the countries within the European Union are shipped on DPD (Delivery Duty Paid) services, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. All other countries are shipped in DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning that taxes have to be paid by buyer/receiver.
Delivery of Products
Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the Products will be retained by the delivery company for a reasonable period of time and then returned to us. If products are returned to us by the Delivery company, we will issue you with a refund for the products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product. Deliveries will require a signature so please include an alternative delivery address such as your office address if this is more convenient for you. If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from the Delivery company. You should liaise directly with the Delivery company for your free re-delivery or pick-up.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Non-EU Customers, please bear in mind that often delays are caused by customs at international borders which are at the discretion of your government. If you are still waiting for the delivery of your products after 7 days from the date on which we notify you that we have accepted your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and Refunds
Zuzunaga will not note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. If you notice that the order is damaged please do not sign for it and contact us immediately, and send an email to email@example.com Alternately please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
By placing an order with Zuzunaga you are agreeing to all terms and policies stated here.
A. you should notify us in writing within fourteen (14) working days, (beginning with the day after you received the products). You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;
B. the products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
C. the identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
D. the products should be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds can only be made on goods which are damaged and will be issued by the original method of payment, to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation.
